We, Unlimited Education UK Training Center, undertake to fully comply with all intellectual property and copyright protection laws and regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. We also affirm our commitment to protecting the rights of platform users and affiliates and respecting the rights of content owners and sources.

First: Intellectual Property Rights in the E-Learning Environment

  • The platform holds the rights to use the electronic content published through its official platforms.
  • We are committed to respecting intellectual property rights when designing and preparing training courses and marketing content, including images, brochures, and videos.
  • Trainers must use the platform’s content only for approved training purposes. The platform is not responsible for any external use of the content by a trainer.
  • Trainers must cite all references and sources used when preparing training course content.
  • If any open-source content is used, its source must be clearly acknowledged.
  • All employees and collaborators working with the platform must comply with the applicable laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia concerning copyright and intellectual property protection.
  • Trainers are responsible for any violation resulting from the use of content that is not owned by the platform or is not authorized for use.
  • All courses and content uploaded to the platform become available for the platform’s use for development or training purposes, in accordance with the applicable agreements and policies.
  • Trainers and trainees must keep their login credentials confidential and must not share them with any other party.

Second: Copyright in the E-Learning Environment

The following activities are prohibited on the platform:

  • Publishing any content that is offensive to individuals or organizations.
  • Publishing or quoting any content protected by intellectual property rights without obtaining the required permission.
  • Publishing any content that violates the teachings of Islam or societal values.
  • Publishing content that promotes racism, sectarianism, or tribalism.
  • Promoting any content or commercial product on the platform without prior approval.

Important Note

Any breach of these policies may expose the person responsible to legal accountability under the laws and regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including the laws and regulations relating to intellectual property rights, copyright, and the authorities responsible for their protection.
