Refund and Cancellation Policy
In its commitment to providing the best training services, Unlimited Education UK Training Center has adopted the following Refund and Cancellation Policy:
- The trainee has the right to request a full refund of the amount paid within 48 hours from the date of payment, provided that they have not logged into the training platform or started studying the program.
- If the trainee has logged into the platform, viewed the training content, or downloaded the educational materials, they are not entitled to a refund of the fees.
- If the training program is cancelled by the Center for any reason, the trainee is entitled to a full refund of the amount paid or to transfer to another training program of the same value.
- If the trainee requests withdrawal after the training program has started, administrative fees and registration-related costs will be deducted, and the refundable amount will be determined by the Center’s management.
- Fees for professional or international certificates issued by external bodies are non-refundable once the certificate has been issued or the issuance request has been submitted to the awarding body.
- Refunds will be processed within a period not exceeding 14 working days from the date of approval of the refund request, through the same payment method used at the time of payment.
- The Center reserves the right to amend this policy at any time in accordance with applicable regulations and laws. The updated version will be published on the website.

All fees — whether for training programs, accreditation requests, or memberships — are subject to the pricing policy stated at the time of purchase.
